COVID-19

We hope tourist and holiday accommodation are able  open up after lockdown and we will carry on doing at what we can to offer assurance and keep everyone safe – our guests, us and our surrounding neighbours and community.

The Scottish government has requested that everyone follow all current guidance to minimize the spread of the virus and keep the public safe.

Guidance for your Stay:

Westward B&B

We may have to stagger breakfast sittings to allow for social distancing.

There  maybe  limited access to the guest room.

We will not automatically provide a daily clean, but will do so on request.

Please use the hand sanitizer available on arrival before ringing the doorbell or entering.

We will meet you outside following the current social distancing guidance.

 

Caledonian Glamping

Please use the hand sanitizer available on arrival before  entering the microlodge

We will meet you outside following the current social distancing guidance.

Check-in will be after 4pm and Check-out before 10am.

Please strip your beds (including duvet cover) at the end of your stay and place laundry into the bag provided.

 

General:

The microlodges/ B&B will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay.

Duvets and pillows will be replaced/quarantined.

Please wash your hands on entry and exit during your stay to protect yourselves and the local community

Deposits

If you cannot travel due to covid-19 restrictions we will refund your deposit.

 

We ask that if you display and symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has contracted the virus you do not travel

If you start to display symptoms whilst staying please inform us by phone or text immediately. You will be asked to return home if it is safe to do so. If this is impossible we will arrange for you to self-isolate.
