Westward is traditional stone-built Highland house nestled within the small rural village of Cannich. Retaining many of its original features, the warm pine linings throughout give it a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. We offer friendly accommodation for anyone enjoying a relaxing tour of the locality or for those seeking to climb the nearby Munros, cycle in Glens or explore one of the numerous beautiful walks.
We offer two twin rooms and one double room with a king‑sized bed, each with its own ensuite facilities. To ensure a peaceful stay, we’ve chosen not to include televisions in the bedrooms. Instead, guests are welcome to relax in our lounge — also used as the breakfast room — where you’ll find an antique solid‑fuel stove and a television, creating a cosy space to unwind after a day exploring the fresh Highland air. Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available throughout the property.
The village has a shop within walking distance that opens in the evening to serve drinks and food. There are several hotels a short drive away.
